If something isn't right, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo or video.

Unused sarees with tags and original packaging can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the saree.

Small irregularities in print and colour are part of handmade textiles and are not defects.
